Solgar Folate delivers 800 mcg of folate as metafolin in each tablet. Folate is a water soluble B-vitamin that plays an important role in cardiovascular health and prenatal nutrition. Free of yeast, wheat, soy, gluten and dairy products and formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
